Bets settled in error are subject to correction at uy777's discretion. Decimal odds are used as the default format on uy777.
All casino games, including live dealer games, slots, table games and instant games, are provided by third-party software suppliers. Game rules, RTP ranges and house edge information are governed by the individual game supplier's specifications. Where RTP figures are displayed on the Platform, they are illustrative references based on the supplier's stated theoretical return and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.

Unless stated otherwise in a specific promotion, Bonus Funds are subject to a Wagering Requirement before they may be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier and contributing game types are stated in the promotion's individual terms. As an illustrative example: a PKR 5,000 bonus with a 30× rollover requires PKR 150,000 in qualifying bets — this is an example only, not a guaranteed offer.
While a bonus is active on your Account, a maximum per-bet or per-spin limit applies as stated in the promotion terms. Placing bets exceeding this limit may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived solely from it.
Bonuses that are not claimed, activated or completed within the stated validity period will expire automatically and be removed from your Account without compensation.
uy777 reserves the right to void bonuses and/or winnings and suspend Accounts where it has reasonable grounds to suspect bonus abuse, collusion, use of automated systems, or any strategy intended to exploit promotional terms in a manner inconsistent with legitimate play.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform. Engaging in any of the below may result in immediate Account suspension, balance forfeiture and referral to relevant authorities:
9.1 All content on the Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software code and the uy777 brand identity — is the property of uy777 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
9.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal entertainment in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not extend to reproduction, distribution, modification, reverse engineering or commercial exploitation of any Platform content.
9.3 Game content and software are owned by or licensed from third-party game suppliers. Their intellectual property rights are expressly reserved.
10.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, uy777 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform.
10.2 uy777 makes no warranty that the Platform will be error-free, uninterrupted or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available".
10.3 uy777 is not responsible for decisions made by third-party payment providers, including delays in processing deposits or withdrawals, or the refusal of a transaction by a bank or mobile wallet such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank or Bank Alfalah.
10.4 Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other matter that cannot be excluded by law.
11.1 uy777 is committed to promoting responsible gambling. We provide a suite of account-level tools to help users manage their gambling activity, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods and self-exclusion.

11.3 Gambling is intended solely as entertainment. It is not a reliable source of income and should never be used to address financial difficulties. If you or someone you know has a problem with gambling, please seek help from a recognised problem gambling support organisation.
11.4 uy777 reserves the right to impose account restrictions — including mandatory cool-down periods or permanent closure — on any account where there are indicators of problem gambling, in line with our responsible gambling obligations.
12.1 uy777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it reasonably suspects a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or where required to do so by applicable law or regulatory instruction.
12.2 Upon termination of your Account for cause, any Cash Funds remaining in your Balance may be withheld pending investigation. Where no breach is established, Cash Funds (net of any Bonus Funds not meeting wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method subject to completed KYC.
12.3 You may request Account closure at any time by contacting our support team. Voluntary closure does not waive any obligations incurred prior to the closure date.
13.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which uy777 holds its international operating licence. We do not represent that these Terms comply with Pakistani law and make no claim of Pakistani government authorisation or approval.
13.2 If you have a complaint regarding the Platform, please contact our support team in the first instance. We will endeavour to resolve all complaints within a reasonable timeframe. 13.3 Nothing in this clause limits your statutory rights under the consumer protection or contract laws applicable in your country of residence.
14.1 uy777 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Account holders via email or an in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, where practicable.
14.2 Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and request Account closure before the effective date.
14.3 The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the most recent revision was made. We recommend reviewing these Terms periodically.
